On 2 May 2018, a RUSI workshop on ‘Artificial Intelligence, Prediction and Criminal Justice Decision-Making’ took place, co-organised with the Centre for Information Rights at the University of Winchester. The workshop, in which Pete Fussey participated as a speaker, aimed at addressing the uses of artificial intelligence and algorithms to support decision-making and risk assessments by law enforcement agencies, raising complex ethical and legal concerns.
